In order to increase productivity and, at the same time, reducing costs, new technology is required. In order for all this to happen, the personnel who are to dominate this technology require knowledge and training. This is the work of our education division, Formavigo, constituted in 1985.
This training completes the comprehensive training that has converted Tesol into one of the most complete technological centres in the field of welding and automation for factories that do not use production lines. Its capacity to reconcile the daily reality of the companies with the main materials manufacturers and with the actual innovating potential of Tesol brand products has been fundamental.
The key to the success of our academic division is double. On the one hand, we have the best instructors that come from industry and our own R+D+i department. But, on the other, it should be emphasised that we anticipate industry trends. We prepare our students to handle technologies that have not yet been extended through a certain sector or market and which will be determining factors to breaking competition.
Our training division has the capacity to train 100 students at the same time, using three workshops with individual cabins, an automation laboratory, several theory classrooms and a conference room.
In addition to training in conventional welding and advanced systems, the Tesol classrooms provide classes on official approval, quality assurance, prevention of work-related risks and technical advice.
